The custom decoration project for the office on the 2nd floor of Unit 1, Building 6 of Chengdu Haisco Plaza project is now ready for engineering procurement. Engineering procurement will be carried out for this project, and the relevant details are announced as follows:

1. Project overview and project procurement scope

(1) Construction location: No. 10, Xintong South Third Road, Chengdu High-tech Zone.

(2) Engineering procurement scope: Unit 1, Floor 2, A621, Building 6, Cescite Square Project, Chengdu, with a floor area of 635.13㎡, including commercial decoration and renovation work, furniture procurement and installation.

(3) Planned duration: According to the client's later requirements.

(4) Engineering procurement scope: Follow the requirements of the engineering procurement drawings and list provided by Party A.

2. Requirements for the bidder's qualifications

(1) The project procurement requires the bidder to have the qualifications of an independent corporate entity, a second-level (or higher) qualification in architectural decoration engineering, and a valid work safety permit. It must also meet the requirements of Party A’s project construction and acceptance, and possess the necessary construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funding. Additionally, the bidder must be familiar with the management requirements related to construction in the project location.

(2) This project procurement does not accept joint bids or affiliated bids.

(3) Quotation registration deadline: It will close within 20 days from the date of publication in the project procurement announcement.

3. This project uses a pre-qualification process. Qualification checks are conducted during registration. Engineering procurement documents will be sent to the qualified construction units via email.

4. Materials must be submitted for registration:

 Power of attorney for legal representative, identification documents of legal representative and authorized representatives, business license, qualification certificates, proof of performance in all similar projects within 3 years (construction contracts and acceptance reports), projects in Sichuan-Chongqing region that can be inspected on site, “Quotation Registration Unit Information Form”, financial audit reports for the past 2 years, details of social security contributions for enterprise staff in the past half year (including individual contributions and payments for the legal person, authorized representatives, and project leaders), all of the above documents are scanned copies with official seal.

5. Registration method:

6. Quotation deposit

 (1) Amount of quotation deposit: RMB40,000 yuanThe bidder must transfer the bid security via bank transfer to the designated account of Party A within 24 hours after passing the pre-qualification; the bid security for the selected unit will be refunded without interest within 10 working days after the selection is confirmed.

 (2) Method of payment for the quotation deposit: bank transfer between companies

 (3) The quotation deposit will not be refunded in the following situations:

　1) Within 3 days before the review deadline, if the bidder fails to submit a bid on the deadline day without proper reason and in writing explanation to the project purchaser;

  2) The supplier abandons the quotation without valid reasons after submitting the quotation document;

  3) Within 30 days from the date of issuance of the selection notice, the selected party shall not enter into a contract with the project purchaser without valid reasons;

  4) The bidder is found to have committed illegal or disciplinary violations such as bid rigging, group bidding, collusive bidding, or affiliation during the bidding process;

  5) The bidder raises the price due to its own reasons during the bid evaluation stage;

  6) If the supplier commits a breach or is accused or reported, the deposit will not be refunded during the investigation and handling period, and will be processed according to relevant regulations after the investigation is completed.

7. The selection method for this project: comprehensive evaluation method, selected with reasonable low price
